The Lanchester Legacy
Frederick Lanchester was a world genius, Britain"s Leonard de Vinci. His pioneering work on car design led to arguably the first, all-British, 4-wheel petrol car and hundreds of patented inventions: disc brakes in 1902, turbo-charging, rack & pinion steering, power steering, 4-wheel drive and so much more. The cars were rightly named: "Pre-eminent among the World"s Finest Cars".
