BARRETT-JACKSON PROUDLY RAISES NEARLY $5.9 MILLION FOR LOCAL AND NATIONAL CHARITIES

The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions and its Sponsors Help Worthy Causes in a Big Way

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (January25, 2012) - Barrett-Jackson is proud to announce it has raised nearly $5.9 million for charitable causes at its 2012Scottsdale Auction, Jan. 15-22.

More than 20 local and national charities are now benefiting tremendouslydue to the generosity of Barrett-Jackson and its sponsors, consignors andbidders. Top collectible cars, as well as a motorcycle and a tractor,crossed the block at "No Reserve" during the automotive lifestyle event.

After going for an incredible $700,000 when Barrett-Jackson's own SteveDavis donated it at the 2011 Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction, the 1964Ford Fairlane was re-donated by by Ron Pratte of Chandler, Ariz. To be soldin Scottsdale. The incredible bright red, hardtop with the 427 V8 installedby ROUSH Performance was sold for an incredible $1 Million, making it thetop-performing charity car at the event. Proceeds will be donated to theArmed Forces Foundation.

The second top-selling charity car was the 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427Convertible, which sold for $600,000, with an additional $100,000 donationbeing added to the price of the car from a separate bidder. All together,the $700,000 will benefit the AARP Drive for Hunger, an organization thataims to end hunger among older Americans.

Charities involving children, military personnel, medical research andcommunity support took center stage in Scottsdale and a total of 22 vehicleswere sold to benefit them.
