About Quiz # 343: 1907/1908 Florentia

It seldom, if ever happens... not one reaction on last week's quiz. Not one, not even a guess. Was it that difficult? Perhaps it was. Yet we couldn't give you too many clues. Mentioning the city where it was produced, Florence, Italy, would have given you the right direction. And mentioning it's two creators would have made it too easy. One was Giustino Cattaneo and the other Antonio Chiribiri. The first became designer at Isotta-Frascini and the second started making cars under his own name. These clues would have brought you to the Italian make Florentia, which was in business from 1903 until 1912 although they probably stopped producing cars long before that year. Yes, we do agree, it was a rather obscure make. Next week an easier quiz. Promised!
