What are those? # 36 (UPDATE)

We took some time to think it over and decided to follow the expert advise of Kit Foster in this: showing from left to right (cars with at least one headlamp showing): 1941 Studebaker Champion, 1929 Dodge Model DA, 1941-1946 Chevrolet Pickup, than the (due to size)almost impossible to identify 1939 Dodge D-11, 1936 Ford Standard(Deluxe, and last one 1941-46 International K-1 pickup. More interesting than the right answer is Kit's deduction on dating the photo: "Well, not prior to 1941, because
we see vehicles not built before then. The '41 Studebaker, moreover,
looks like it's been around a while, and has been fitted with accessory
bumper guards (one of which makes the grille look like bold horizontal
slats, which it is not). The essential clue in this case is the license
plates. What plates? Precisely! None of the cars shows a plate,
meaning that in this year Texas used only a rear plate. A little
research, then shows us that it can only be from 1945 to mid-1947. Prior to and after that time Texas issued two plates for every vehicle." So far the jury.... The player Joseph P. McCormick instantly became a jury member himself. With sending the identical answer he became a three time winner himself. Congratulations Joseph!
