What is it? # 22 (UPDATE 1, 2)

UPDATE 2:

We received information from Philippe-Jean Ladure -Voisin Specialist: "I would suggest that this car is rather a C1 instead of a C3) with a 4 cylinders -18-23 HP - 4 liters. However, this car has front brakes, as C3 have, corresponding to a C1 manufacturing year of 1922 or more, except if the car (issued before 1922) was later fitted with front brakes by the factory itself, under updating program."

UPDATE 1: It is a 1923 Voisin C3. Dominique Barbault from France gave the best answer. Congratulatiosn Dominique !
EARLIER TEXT: Not too hard this one, we would say. Of course we can't check, but Vintage Montlhéry visitors please refrain from sending in. For the others this is one of those Grand Makes with it's own very explicit and flamboyant styling, though you would't say that from this quite conservative example.
