What is it? # 32 (UPDATE: no winners !)

UPDATE by Kit Foster: "Before WW2, it's my understanding, Australian regulations required all imported chassis to be bodied locally, which sustained an indigenous coachbuilding industry and resulted in body variations never seen in these cars' homelands. This applied certainly to Continental and USA cars; I'm not sure if Empire automobiles were allowed easier entry. Holden's, in fact, were body builders long before they ever turned out a complete car (after the war), and in the early days, before GM takeover, put their bodies on all manner of makes and marques. Many of the automobile importer- distributors in Australia, like Peel's, had their own coachbuilding subsidiaries." This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. It is a series 3 D1-C Delage. Exact year of birth not known. Coachwork most probably by Peel's. Any more information is and will always be welcome.
