What is it? # 88 (UPDATE: Pontiac)

Update: WOW !!! they all were so very, very close, right on top of things or yet even better than that. Still, not everybody can be a winner. The right answers were, Type/Model: 402-6 (cylinder) Year: 1932 Make: Pontiac... The radiator mascot makes the difference between the 6 (Indian)and the 8 cylinder(big bird). About the model one can say one more thing. Is it a Sedan or a Coupe? Now a Sedan would have had more side-windows. But we must admit that it is very hard to see and to prove. So in the end we decided that everybody touching the subject of sedan, two door sedan or coupe was a winner. After drawing straws between these three competitors Don Edwards was final winner. Congratulations Don! All who claimed 402-6 1932 Pontiac at least will get the PreWarCar badge: Jan Gauffin from Sweden, Paul DeLucchi (US), Roger Fields (US), Henk Visscher (Holland).

EARLIER TEXT: It's a blue sky over a black & white scene. Maybe a bleached early Kodachrome? (click to enlarge) Recently it was sent to us by June Peterson as the the car her father used to drive in those days. It was ID-ed instantly by Kit Foster. So let's relax for a time and give you a few hours off with this walk-over competition. But..., take care! All we want to know is type, year and make. In that order as the make is not so very hard this time. Send your answer Before Monday 17 November to \n This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
