What 's the Vet's Vehicle ? # 73 (UPDATE I: no winners) (Update II: Oryx...)

UPDATE II: Identified by Hans Compter in May 2004 as an Oryx (from berlin), possibly een E-Type (sic!) of 1909 or 1910.
UPDATE I : no winners this week, only wild guesses by James Holland ("Delage?") and Bas de Voogd ("F.N. ?"). Neither of them producing any of the needed evidence.
EARLIER TEXT (Bas de Voogd): "Our local vet Van der Poel was an early motorist. He had a car registered as early as September 1904 under the earliest Dutch sytem of only numbers (1495). The picture of this motorcar is obviously of a later date as it has the later registration system showing a letter for the region preceeding the number. I am very curious (click here to zoom in) as to what the make and year of construction of the car may be."
