Unless otherwise stated PreWarCar.com & PreWarParts.com and their contents, including but not limited to articles, newsletters, images, photos, compilations of material, and the user interface (the 'Content') are the property and copyrighted material of Joris Bergsma Creative Consultancy BV.

Please note: We receive material from all over the world from various parties. For some material it is not possible to find the original copyright owner. If you feel we infringe your intellectual property rights due to something we published on our website please contact us.

By submitting pictures to the site you allow us to publish these pictures on prewarcar.com and prewarparts.com during the time your ad is displayed. You also reserve us the right to use the pictures on the website for similar items or other promotional purposes.

Reproduction
You may not modify, copy, distribute, forward, display, repost, reprint, sublicense, transfer, quote or sell any content without prior approval by us. Links to (parts of) our web page are allowed under the condition you notify us of the existence of such a link. This specifically excludes direct links to pictures or photos, which are not allowed.

Law
The website is owned by a company based in The Netherlands, therefore the Dutch law is applicable.

Ads

Please read the folling rules carefully

Only people older then 18 years old are allowed to advertise on our website.
Only ads we have received proper payment for will be reviewed and (after approval) published online.
After we have received your payment it will take a maximum of 48 hours for your ad to appear online. Usually it will take us less then 24 hours on regular business days.
After you have paid your order you cannot edit your ads anymore until it expires.
If PayPal or WorldPay notify us the payment may not be authorized we reserve the right to refuse the order after investigation.
Our website is hosted by a professional webhosting company, however due to the nature of the internet a 100% 'uptime' of your ad cannot be guaranteed. If the website is down due to whatever reason you can be sure we are doing our very best to resolve this as soon as possible.
If we have serious reasons to believe a user is a fraud we reserve the right to contact the appropriate legal authorities.
Ads will remain online for the period that they are paid for. This starts the day we review and publish the ad online. Users will be notified through e-mail when the order is processed.
You will be allowed to renew your ad. More information and instructions how to do this will be e-mailed to you as soon as this applies.

Not allowed:

The ad may not be in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Linking to websites in ads is prohibited. Ads containing these links will be refused.
Ads with all words in CAPITALS will be refused.
Ads with an irritating repeating of one word will be refused.
You are allowed to advertise for anything related to parts and automobilia. You may not sell or search the following types of articles: Counterfeit, Stolen or Unauthorized Copies.

Please note we do not allow refunds on refused ads; you will get the opportunity to change your ad.

Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order your money will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive your refund request. Requests will only be processed if they reach our offices within 7 days after the receipt of our payment processor. They must be sent to our postal address that can be found on the contact page.

Your refund application should include full contact information, your order number (found on the receipt of the payment processor), and the reason for canceling the ad. Cancellation of ad(s) that are already online on our site will exclude them for possible future advertising on our website.

We like to point out you should always contact us first if you want to cancel an ad or request a refund. If you decide to charge back your money without any reason known to us we will not authorize the refund. Both our payment processors (PayPal & WorldPay) have policies that advise you to contact us to resolve refunds or cancellations before contacting them.
