Post-War Cars for Sale by dealer Ross Classic For over the last two decades, Toby Ross, owner of Ross Classics, has been brokering classic cars. Born in England, he lived in France and expanded his knowledge about the great French and Italian classic cars. Nowadays, he lives in Tunisia where he trades in cars and participates in rallys such as the Grand Prix de Tunis. Even though Toby Ross’s criteria have always been to deal with cars he personally liked and did not found the inherent value of a car that important, he still is responsible for the sale of many of the world’s most important vehicles.
