1976 Renault Estafette iceream van
The first warm day of spring in Holland, so we thought to pop over to our favorite ice-cream stand. Too bad, not open for business yet! In case you’re wondering, it’s a 1976 Renault Estafette, to be found near the historic city centre of Utrecht.

Celebrating a birthday!

Seat 1400a- 1953
Last week, on May 9th, the Spanish car manufacturer SEAT turned 60! Today a prosperous company, but in the early postwar years Spain was in a bad state, with no factories and barely any form of motorized transport. The “Sociedad Española de Automóviles de Turismo“ was set up in 1950 as a manufacturing plant for Fiat models. Their first car, a 1400A, rolled of the assembly line 1953. Daily output was five cars!

Mercedes Benz Prototype 1960
It’s a prototype of a compact Mercedes-Benz dating from around 1960, relating to possible W 118 and W 119 model series. It did not reach the series production stage, but somehow it does look very familiar to us. Let's hear your ideas!
