Piollet-retromobile
Haven’t we all had the feeling that when owning a car, there was something missing on it? Perhaps a little more oomph, a bit more streamlining, or just a little more comfort. Some people keep on dreaming. Some take action and start to improve some manufacturers product. Others take a different route and start from scratch. People like Frenchman Jacques Piollet, who in the early sixties designed and built this sleek Coupé. He must be a true perfectionist to come up with a creation like this. If you like to have some inspiration at what you can do at home, there’s an exhibition of superbly home-built cars at Retromobile (February 1-5). Of have you already done your homework? Then tell us about it!
