Gravity petrol tank would also confirm the second post. It's either Overland Model 4 or early Overland 91

Overland used this unusual front spring setup starting in 1920 and continuing thru 1926 on the Model 91. The spring is in a broad U shape anchored to the frame in that projection at the front, the springs ends extend back to the ends of the front axle. One end can be seen between the spokes of the wheel at the 2 o'clock position. Headlamp shape makes this car no later than 1922.
