This small oil pressure gauge measures 2 1/4" diameter with a face of 1 /12' diameter. Works when pressurized. Hard to get very low pressure gauges.

This is an original aftermarket oil sight gauge for a Model T Ford. It replaces the two taps on the sump to check the oil level.
