After the success of the first event, the unique car show Prewar Days will be organised again next month. December 10-12 to be precise, in Waregem, Belgium. The first show was a great success and it looks like the organisers are going to go even further this time!
To start with, they have kept the most important part: the bar in the middle of the hall, where you can meet fellow PreWarCar enthusiasts in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying a cold Belgian drink.
Among the visitors, there will be professional exhibitors who will bring their inventory, specialists such as Oldtimerservice Kranz, Historic Competition Services, LMB Racing, RVO Classics, Mechanic Import, Juri Castricum Collector Cars, Bruno Vendiesse and Christoph Grohe.
But this year there will also be some unique exhibitions:
- A private collection of 10 tricycles, with long-gone brands such as Léon Bollée and De Dion Bouton.
- Bonhams the auction house will bring 6 cars that have been in a barn since WW2, including 4 veteran cars.
- The famous Mahy Collection will bring 2 cars from their private collection.
- The Bugatti Club Belgium will have a stand with...yes, Bugattis!
- The Royal Veteran Car Club Belgium will display some of their members' cars.
- Several private cars, including a Rolls-Royce Phantom I with wooden bodywork.
In addition, the PreWarCar.com team will be there to answer your questions about advertising and talk about our beloved hobby! We will also sell you your next Christmas gift — the PreWarCar.com & PostWarClassic.com limited edition socks! And we have invited our friends from The Automobile and Rare and Unique Vehicles, so it will be possible to subscribe to these magazines at our stand.
See you there!
