Riley 12/4 14mm slopping plug cylinder head. Pressure tested and sound.   Cash on collection only or can be collected at Beaulieu. 

2 wheels 1 in good condition other one needs to be sandblasted and repainted.

Heavy little devil at almost 12 kilogram. Could be from anything , title is just a guess . Very good condition. Might be NOS.
