This was an abortive luxury-car venture by Riley, using a 2.8-litre, 100bhp V8 engine made up of two Riley 1½-litre blocks. The frame was underslung at the rear, and other features were a preselector gearbox, worm final drive, and a long (10ft 9in) wheelbase. At £975 there were few takers for the Autovia car for sale.
