In 1929 Georges Irat reorganized the Chaigneau-Brasier company under his son’s name. The sole model of Michel Irat cars, the Michel Irat Type CB2, was very similar to the small Chaigneau-Brasier. This Michel Irat car had a 1.086cc sv 4-cylinder engine.
