Thanks to those who replied. I read somewhere that Mors cars were sold in Vancouver and now we have some photographic evidence. I wasn't sure about the Packard because of those early style front fenders combined with the 'high waisted' front doors of the teens.

If you google Hollow Tree in Stanley Park and scroll through the pictures of old cars by the tree, you will find an Edmonton Journal photo labeled 1911 Model T Towncar. The label is obviously incorrect. The car is in fact General John Stewart's 1912 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost 1915E.

The tree is the very famous hollow tree in Stanley Park, Vancouver, Canada. It is a Western Red Cedar 600 to 800 years old. The tree has ben dead for many years, and was damaged in a storm a few years ago. The remaining hollow trunk is now supported by a steel frame. It is still a popular place in which to have one's photo taken. If you google "Hollow Tree in Stanley Park" you can find numerous great old photos of interesting cars in front of or even inside the tree.

The first is a Mors, the second I'm not so sure, possibly a Model 18 Packard?

The landaulette is a 1910 Mors. The touring car is a 1909 Packard (1909 was the last year with wing-shaped fenders). A front door however was standard only from 1911, so that must have been an optional 'accessory'.

The car in the left picture looks like a 1910 White gasoline model.
The White steam cars had open mesh openings on the hood sides to allow heat to escape. The gasoline models had did not feature mesh side panels .1910 White offered two steam models and three gasoline models ,the car in the picture is likely a model G B on the 120 " wheelbase and 30 h.p. The tree is giant Western Red Cedar or a giant Sequoia, probably 500 to 600 years old .
