To rare to be a Quiz car: 1926 Viglione (UPDATE: more on Viglione)

Peter McGann from Australia writes: "The attached photo might be good for your quiz.
It is a "racing" cyclecar manufactured in Buenos Aires Argentina in c. 1926 by Luis Viglione. The car came to Australia some 30+years ago and remained on display in its un-restored state until 2 year ago when I commenced its re-building. The car is now fully operational! Luis Viglione constructed racing specials (several Indy Cars) and maintained SSK Mercedes Benz and Bugattis during the 1920's and 30's. This cyclecar is the only one made! "
Editor, we love - and envy - Peter's ulra-rare racing cyclecar, but we don't think that we should use it as a quiz car. With a production of only 1 we are afraid there is very little to research or guess, unless you just know the car. We found one other car partly developed by Viglione, a Reo racecar.
Still we highly appreciate to receive any quiz suggestions. Preferably of vintage B&W photos. For easy upload of photos and story go here.

Update by editor RB: Luis Viglione (1893-1948) was one of the best-known competition car tuners in Argentina. He started at the age of 15 in his father’s carriage repair shop and by the end of 1925 had already assembled 38 racing cars. Among many others he designed the famous Chrysler ‘Insignia d’Oro’, raced Antonio Gaudino, see previous article.  The picture shows Viglione (an absolute bohemian) left of the Chrysler, Gaudino on the right. All from the book FUERZA LIBRE 1919-1942 - Grand Prix, Sports Cars & Specials Racing in The Pampas
