Letter to the editor

 

I am hoping someone with experience can help me with this interesting car grill my late Aunt gave me. My uncle was a Bugatti race car driver. Any insight appreciated. It has been mounted carefully on a piece of wood. Thank you.

Hello Bart, nice offer but for sure my grand dad never drove a car, he had his own bussines with selling wooden shoes and used a big dog to help pulling the car he used, thanks anyway

an interesting stone guard, i have one fitted to my Type 44, the mesh is manufactured using a flat section rather than the more common round wire.

i am looking for a supplier of the material to the same profile.

my grill whilst having the le Tellier bage is also stamped on the surround, see photo.

the fitting on my particular grill are all solid nickel

Bugatti stone guard which type bugatti depent's on the size, please correct me if i am wrong as i am not a Bugatti specialist
