On October 3 and 4, 2025, the French club Teuf Teuf will host the 34th edition of the Rallye des Ancêtres en Picardie, a much-loved and relaxed event for owners of pre-1906 vehicles. Held in the picturesque region of northern France, the rally annually attracts an international mix of participants from France, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond.
Known for its informal atmosphere, scenic countryside routes, excellent meals, and friendly ambiance, the rally offers a unique opportunity to experience veteran motoring in its purest form—free from competition or pressure.
Saturday, October 4
The day begins at 8:45 AM with a 75 km drive departing from Choisy-au-Bac.
Midway, participants stop in the charming village of Morsain (29 km) for a traditional casse-croûte. Those who wish may continue with an optional 25 km loop before returning to Morsain.
There, a glass of champagne and a well-prepared lunch by the restaurant in Pierrefonds awaits.
The afternoon includes a visit to a nearby castle, followed by a return journey of approximately 35 km.
Sunday, October 5
At 9:15 AM, the cars will head to the Château de Compiègne, where they will be displayed to the public.
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit one of the local museums.
Sunday’s route covers approximately 30 km.
The Rallye des Ancêtres offers a low-threshold, enjoyable way to participate in a two-day veteran car event. It emphasizes shared passion, scenic touring, and cultural discovery, rather than performance or prestige.
The registration form is now available and can be downloaded here or from the Club Teuf Teuf website.
