Whether you're after ice creams or cocktails in the summertime or hot dogs and pulled pork sandwiches as a bit of a winter warmer: the food truck has changed the fast food scene in the last couple of years, serving from cars that are now often considered as classics and giving the food itself perhaps a more artisanal and traditional image.
