A unique opportunity to purchase an expertly hand-crafted wooden framework for a Mercedes-Benz 500K / 540 K Spezial Roadster which when finished will be similar in appearance to the black & white photograph in our advert.

Included are some metal parts, parts of the body skin as well as chrome parts still in brass.

Its largely an unfinished project that had been started by an German expert engineer in around the 1980‘s.

He owned the original car for precise scaling & measurement, when he was handcrafting the framework, which took almost 15 years to finish.

If needed the completing of the body skin can be arranged in Germany at additional cost.

A spare chassis is available for the buyer for a very reasonable price.
