The 1901 Covert range consisted of a light steam runabout with 2-cylinder engine and chain drive, and a Covert 3hp petrol car that weighed only 350lb. Later shaft-driven Covert cars used petrol engines of 6½hp single-cylinder (Covert Model A) and 24hp 4-cylinder (Covert Model B).
