The first Grant car for sale was a 12hp 4-cylinder light car made in two-seater form, and sold in England as the Whiting-Grant, by Whiting Ltd of Euston Rd, London. In 1915 the Grant car company changed their policy and introduced a 44bhp 6-cylinder Grant tourer. A 1917 Grant car model of this could be converted from tourer to sedan by the addition of a ‘winter top’. In 1920 a smaller six was introduced by Grant, of 20hp. This Grant car also appeared on the British market, sold now by T.B. André.
