The Pathfinder car succeeded the New Parry and the Pathfinder car was noted for several advanced body innovations, such as the disappearing top, the boat-tailed roadster and spare wheels under cover. The various models Pathfinder cars were large with 10 to 11ft wheelbases. Early Pathfinder cars had 4-cylinder engines; V-radiatored sixes followed, and in 1916 a Pathfinder car with a 6.4-litre 12-cylinder Weidely power unit was launched.
