The boy who would win Le Mans 24 years later

The Bentley Boy who won Le Mans in 1930 was once a small boy. This photo shows the famous Glen Kidston on the running board of the family car. There is something written below the photo. Could it be ‘de Diethrich 1906’? 1906 may be correct. But the car pictured doesn’t have the typical stepped radiator shape of a De Dietrich. And since it is also misspelled, we think it is incorrect. Who can help us? And perhaps help us find out whether the car still exists?
