Update on 'Nationale Oldtimerdag Lelystad'

Press release

The Nationale Oldtimerdag in Lelystad is the annual event for historic cars, held on the third Sunday in June (Father's Day).

On the Bataviaboulevard between the Bataviahaven and Batavia Stad, more than 400 old-timers are ready and waiting for a wonderful family day. This classic car event has grown to be the largest of its kind in the Netherlands and is open to both participants and the public free of charge. Every year, in addition to the already special participants, there are recurring presentations under the headings Belle Epoque, The Roaring Twenties, Fire Fighters and Classic Supercars. Something for everyone

Besides the cars, which are classified according to the FIVA classification, there is an additional programme of viewing objects, performances, automobile market and cosy catering establishments. You can combine the day with a visit to the Batavialand (museum and shipyard), the Batavia Stad Outlet Center and the National Historic Lifeboat Day.

The perfect day out for the whole family.

I think it's good to know for someone who want to participate at Lelystad that The New World cars 1960 - 1970 is already full. I wanted to be part of that meeting with my Auto Union of 1963 but i got a email saying that it's not possible.
