Received a reply and help very quickly. I did not understand the instruction (Log in using e.mail address) when trying to log in for the first time. I thought it meant re-enter address on form. I would suggest the instruction should make it clear that an e.mail has been sent and use this to confirm e.mail address. The confusion came because mine had gone into Spam.
