    I ordered a second hand rear road spring for a Ford Model A. I received a front spring. When I asked for a refund this was repeatedly ignored, but, I was offered the original part I had ordered at the same price again, plus delivery! But no refund for the wrong part.
    Hans must think his customers are completely stupid.
    I will keep on and on until I receive my refund, this is completely in contravention to all consumer laws, in both EU and New Zealand.
    This type of behaviour you expect in Africa or a third world country.
