No.2 is an Edward VII RAC variant- the centre enamels varied!

I tried to find a better view on the badges through the original movie, but unfortunately my digital copy is too grainy to get really better stills. Curiously, the VCC badge in the middle is suddenly gone at some moment between 1 h. 15' 30" and 1 h. 15' 45", when the Spyker and the Darracq are racing furiously through the London streets, nearly at the end of their 'race'.

No. 2: probably (NL) Wegenwacht (W.W.). It would make sense, as the ANWB badge and W.W. badge are normally seen in a pair.
Wegenwacht (W.W.) is the Dutch equivalent of the British AA patrol / AAA road service and is a part of the ANWB.
Only thing: not sure on the colour.

I came across another badge that seems to be very close to the one on the car: Touring Club de Belgique or Touring Club van Belgie.
What do you guys think?
