A 1924 Bean 12hp four-seat tourer.

Bean cars were manufactured by A Harper & Sons & Bean, in Dudley, Worcs, between 1919 and 1930. The 12hp model was added to the range in 1924.
This example, originally painted white, was acquired by the previous owner in 1963 and the subject of a complete restoration and renovation in the early 2000’s. The capacity of the engine as noted in the Bean handbook accompanying the car, is 1794cc, though the V5C records it as 1465cc.
